Rental Terms

• No license required to rent a boat under 30hp.
• The boat is inspected by the customer and they receive it if its condition is satisfactory for them.
• The boat is delivered full of fuel and upon delivery the consumption is borne by the customer after an on-site payment at the company’s headquarters.
• The boat is insured against personal injury and property damage resulting from a collision at sea against third parties.
• ROYAL LUXURY CRUISE is not responsible for the loss or damage of the customer’s property during the rental

Customer Acceptance

• The customer agrees and accepts:
• To hand over the boat to Royal Luxury Cruise in the condition it received it, any damage caused to the boat by mishandling or negligence is entirely his responsibility.
• To deliver the boat before sunset, early return does not entitle the customer to a refund.
• Is not allowed to any of the persons on board to navigate the boat, during the rental.
• The maximum distance of the boat from the shore should not exceed 2 nautical miles
